Seeking a motivated individual to join us as a Lead Sales Associate. Unlock your potential with this rewarding career opportunity. This is a long term position and not temporary or seasonal work.

Hours: Part Time, flexible hours, must be available weekdays and minimum 2 weekends a month. Current need is for 18-24 hours per week once fully trained.

Pay: $17/hr+, commensurate with experience, + service based tips.

High Level Duties:

• Customer Service
• Jewelry + Retail Sales
• Inventory Management + Control
• Opening and Closing Duties
• Assist with social media efforts
• Assist with custom and permanent jewelry
• Repairing and cleaning jewelry
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 2 years luxury retail or high end jewelry retail experience required, high end jewelry knowledge preferred

• Must be able to work independently and be a master multitasker

• Great attention to detail with imperative critical thinking skills.

• Team player attitude - teamwork makes the dream work! 

• Excellent sales, communication, and outgoing customer service skills
• Must have genuine hospitality and passion for people
• Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve retail sales goals each day
• Ability to learn and use required technology applications with minimal errors.

• Must be fluent in English with excellent communication skills in person + over the phone. Spanish fluency is a bonus. 

• Must have flexibility for a non-traditional schedule including mall holiday hours (November / December), and weekend availability. Shifts are 4 - 8 hours and standing the entire time may be required.

• Must maintain brand standards and initiatives

• Successfully pass the 30 day probationary period
